- Constructed of steel framework, two 360 degree ball-bearing swivel casters with hard rubber wheels and a lifting mechanism
- Consists of two units
- Designed to fit tubes 1-1/2″ – 3″ tall (38 x 76mm)
- Metallic blue baked powder coat finish
